DSI is expanding its workforce and is currently seeking Security Officers in Baltimore, MD.

Requirements:
- TWIC and MD Guard Card
- Valid Driver's License
- Compensation: $16.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
Your primary duty will be to ensure a safe and secure environment for both customers and employees while executing general security tasks for our clients. You will:
- Promote safety by being vigilant and proactive in identifying, correcting, and reporting any potential hazards.
- Understand and adhere to DSI and Client requirements, including specific post instructions.
- Engage in training sessions to familiarize yourself with general safety protocols and DSI's safety manual.
- Interact professionally with clients, visitors, employees, and the public.

This role necessitates a customer service-oriented mindset and proficiency in basic to intermediate computer skills, alongside effective written and verbal communication abilities.

You should be capable of performing routine foot patrols, managing moderate lifting tasks, and working in various weather conditions.

Pre-employment Requirements:
- Minimum age of 21
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation and communication means
- Successful completion of all required background checks and drug screenings.
Certification Requirements:
- TWIC Card
- Valid State Driver's License
- Maryland Security License
