Job Title: Commercial/Industrial HVAC/Boiler Technician

Abstrakt Marketing Group is seeking an experienced Commercial/Industrial HVAC/Boiler Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing scheduled and unscheduled service and repairs on commercial and industrial HVAC, chiller, and boiler systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform diagnosis and repair of malfunctioning equipment to determine cause and appropriate corrective action.
  • Install, service, or replace components including boilers, burners, pumps, motors, bearings, valves, electronic operating, and level controls.
  • Manage construction site, read blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals as applicable to new installations or assigned work orders and make materials lists.
  • Perform preventative maintenance tasks according to established protocols.
  • Complete required documentation (i.e., work orders, purchase orders, etc.) for services performed.
  • Perform cleaning and maintenance of equipment, tools, materials, and vehicles utilized; ensures adherence to principles and practices of safe equipment use and operation.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
  • Must be able to pass Federal criminal background check and drug test.
  • 15 years of field experience, to include a minimum of 5 years of verifiable employment with a single company.
  • EPA/CFC Certified.
