About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer to join our team at Raytheon Technologies. As a key member of our Air and Missile Defense Systems team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced systems solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain system requirements and specifications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement system architectures
  • Conduct trade studies and analysis to optimize system performance
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and reports
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM field and 2 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field
  • Ability to obtain security clearance
  • U.S. citizenship required
  • Advanced degree in Aerospace, EE, Physics, or Applied Math
  • Knowledge of radar systems and signal processing techniques
  • Experience with MATLAB, DOORS, and MS Office

The salary range for this role is $64,000 - $128,000. Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs.
