Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot high-voltage and low-voltage equipment to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Interact with customers on technical aspects of our products to provide expert guidance and support.
  • Resolve customer issues over the phone and in the field, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Assist in product updates and installations, providing training to non-technical staff and customers as needed.
  • Manage service calls, deliveries, and product demonstrations, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Travel domestically and internationally as needed to support customer needs.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Trade School Certificate in Electronics preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience required.
  • Experience in manufacturing or a related field preferred.
Skills and Abilities
  • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to travel at a high level.
  • Proficiency in electrical systems, PLCs, and hydraulic systems.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Word and Excel.
Licenses and Certifications
  • Valid Driver's License with MDOT Medical Physical required.
