Servers

In every new setting, you have the chance to learn a distinct

service protocol unique to the establishment. Detailed guidelines are available in the employee handbook.

Each shift begins with a briefing from the Chef to discuss and clarify menu items, ensuring you are familiar with any unfamiliar terms and providing an opportunity for inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and maintain your workspace.
  • Welcome guests, respond to inquiries, and make recommendations regarding food, beverages, and services.
  • Serve food and beverages efficiently.
  • Engage with guests, providing answers to their questions and sharing insights about the establishment, its location, and the cuisine, enhancing their overall experience.
  • Complete all opening and closing tasks in accordance with company standards.
  • Accurately process customer payments and finalize reports.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to complete all required training.
  • Commitment to adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Basic reading, writing, arithmetic, and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Mobility is required throughout the entire shift.
  • Ability to perform all tasks necessary to maintain a clean and organized work environment, with knowledge of Point of Sale and Reservation Systems.
  • Availability for breakfast/lunch or lunch/dinner shifts, including weekends and some holidays.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to stand and move quickly for up to six hours.
  • Good balance is essential, with the ability to bend, kneel, and lift up to 30 pounds.

Shift Hours:

  1. AM Shifts: Tuesday – Friday 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM; Saturday 8:30 AM - 3:00 PM
  2. PM Shifts: Tuesday – Friday 3:30 PM - 10:00 PM; Saturday 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM
  3. Sunday hours will be added in the future.
