We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Ascension Borgess Pipp in Plainwell, MI. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Responsibilities- Implement and monitor patient care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Coordinate with the healthcare team to provide well-coordinated patient care.
- Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs.
- Provide education to patients and families on health-related topics.
- BLS Provider certification from the American Heart Association.
- Registered Nurse licensure from the Michigan Board of Nursing.
- Diploma from an accredited school of nursing or required professional licensure at time of hire.
