Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Ascension. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and monitor patient care plans to ensure effective and efficient care.
  • Coordinate patient care with members of the healthcare team to ensure well-coordinated care.
  • Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with the healthcare team.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote health and wellness.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing or required professional licensure at time of hire.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Michigan.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
