We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Ascension Michigan. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization.
Key Responsibilities- Implement and monitor patient care plans to ensure effective and efficient care.
- Coordinate with members of the healthcare team to provide well-coordinated patient care.
- Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Michigan Board of Nursing required.
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing or required professional licensure at time of hire.
