Signature Retail Services is a leading merchandising sales and service organization that operates across all 50 States utilizing highly trained and experienced teams.

This role is responsible for leading merchandising projects independently and collaboratively with service representatives in commercial buildings, pharmacies, warehouses, and big box home improvement stores like The Home Depot and Lowe's.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual with:

  • Effective communication skills to interact with retail merchandisers, clients, and customers to achieve and exceed goals.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Brand Representative and/or Merchandiser, with a plus for manufacturer sales and/or merchandising experience in the home center industry.
  • Hands-on experience with all aspects of merchandising and resets.
  • Ability to teach, train, and support new hires.
  • Experience using web-based reporting systems to submit reports and photos while in stores.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the U.S.
  • A valid driver's license, current personal car insurance, and access to a reliable personal car.
  • A smartphone (Apple or Android) with internet access and the ability to send and receive texts and emails.

Physical Requirements/Work Environment:

  • Must be physically able to walk, stand, bend, kneel, stoop, and use rolling staircase ladders.
  • Must be able to push, pull, and lift materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to work in business locations without assistance from others.
