We're currently seeking a highly skilled Strategic Transaction Banking Specialist to join our team. Salary

The estimated salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

This strategic transaction banking specialist will contribute to a customer-focused culture throughout their team, leveraging broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledge to deepen client relationships. The ideal candidate will manage and contribute to a complex, multi-faceted project, applying financial and technological knowledge to introduce new procedures, business initiatives, and system solutions.

  • Prepare and manage detailed action/project plans.
  • Conduct critical research and analysis to inform current state and best practices.
  • Participate in system training and develop a training program to educate Operations users.
  • Define a test plan and related test cases to conduct Unit Test, Integrated Systems Testing, User Acceptance Testing.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 2-4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Practical knowledge and 1 to 3 years of experience in Transaction Products with a solid understanding of Corporate/Commercial Deposits and back-office operational processes/interfaces and risk management techniques.
  • Superior technical knowledge in MS Office tools and process management software.
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.
  • Strong communications and influencing skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
