Job Overview

We are seeking a Front Desk Clerk to join our team at The Inn at Treasure Valley. This is a part-time position, 38 hours per week. As a Front Desk Clerk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, processing reservations and registrations, handling payments and departures, and answering the switchboard.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a positive attitude.

Main Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
* Process guest reservations and registrations
* Handle cash and credit transactions accurately
* Collaborate with internal and external services as needed

Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Gaming background check and necessary licenses or permits required
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
