Job Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine technical accounting support work. As a Night Auditor/Front Desk Representative, you will reconcile daily revenue collection and procedures for Indian Lodge and Black Bear Restaurant. You will also be responsible for gift shop sales, stocking, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reconcile daily revenue collection and procedures for Indian Lodge and Black Bear Restaurant
  • Manage gift shop sales, stocking, and inventory
  • Provide information to visitors and guests, take reservations, and check guests in and out of Lodge
  • Perform light housekeeping duties and ensure areas around the Lodge and grounds are secure
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least one year of general clerical, customer service, front desk reception, or cash handling experience. A high school diploma or equivalent is also required. Additionally, you must possess a valid State driver's license and be able to obtain it within 30 days of employment.

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of general office procedures
  • Knowledge of basic mathematics
  • Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and procedures affecting the maintenance of accounting records and automated accounting systems
  • Skill in using standard office equipment
  • Skill in using MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Skill in effective verbal and written communication
  • Skill in providing quality customer service in a courteous and professional manner
  • Ability to interpret and maintain visitor compliance with park rules and regulations in a courteous and professional manner
  • Ability to provide assistance during emergency situations in a calm and professional manner

The estimated salary for this position is $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
