Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business teams to understand business requirements and develop process improvements or system changes.
  • Assist with troubleshooting production issues and daily support activities.
  • Perform basic SAP system changes, including configuration modifications.
  • Analyze the role of SAP master data in system functionality.
  • Document system solutions and process changes.
  • Provide training and support to end users as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management Information Systems, or Computer Science.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-starter mindset.
  • Foundational Supply Chain process knowledge and/or Environmental, Health and Safety expertise is a plus.
