Position Summary:
The role of the Customer Account Manager is crucial to our operations. This position involves daily interactions with retail clients, fostering robust relationships, and ensuring they maximize the benefits of our diverse product offerings. From digital presence management to reputation enhancement, Customer Account Managers deliver training, support, and strategic advice to help retailers flourish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee a portfolio of clients, ensuring high retention rates and satisfaction scores.
- Collaborate with clients to develop and implement strategies that enhance online and in-store shopping experiences.
- Manage client expectations and coordinate website updates to align with their business objectives.

Qualifications:

- Adept at critical thinking and resolving complex issues.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, SEO, and SEM is beneficial.

Work Environment:
