Job Title: Contract Analyst

Vaco is seeking a skilled Contract Analyst to join our team. As a Contract Analyst, you will play a critical role in negotiating construction and real estate contracts, assessing risk, and ensuring submittals are compliant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily operational aspects of agreement processing
  • Evaluate and mitigate risks, conduct negotiations, and ensure adherence to terms
  • Monitor and report on agreement status to internal teams and external partners
  • Generate and maintain primary and secondary agreements
  • Create customized agreements and modifications to address varied business relationships
  • Optimize agreement workflows and assist with implementing related software solutions
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Maintain a database of critical terms and conditions for team reference
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in construction contracts OR recent law school graduate
  • Exposure to standard construction contract forms a huge plus
