Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at the Cleveland Clinic. As a Neuroscience Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
  • Monitor and record patient vital signs, medication administration, and treatment outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Evaluate patient progress and adjust care plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and contribute to the development of unit-based policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care and promote a culture of safety and excellence.
Requirements
  • Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA).
  • One year of acute care experience in a hospital setting, with a focus on neuroscience or critical care.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull patients and equipment, with a focus on patient safety and mobility.
