Senior Financial Analyst Job Description

Talent Wave Associates is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team in Mishawaka, IN. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in analyzing financial results, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with budget allocations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze financial results to determine accuracy and completeness of information
  • Prepare various financial reports, including month-end close and monthly reporting
  • Compile and review financial plans and budgets
  • Ensure compliance with budget allocations and IFRS requirements
  • Perform financial analysis at complex levels, including rate of return, depreciation, working capital, investments, and financial and expense performance comparisons
Requirements:
  • BS/BA in related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Advanced degree in related discipline is a plus
  • Certification for accounting, financial analysis, or related discipline is a plus
  • 5+ years of successful experience in cost accounting area of manufacturing industry
  • SAP knowledge and experience are required
