Job Summary

Kceadventures is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mountain Bike Instructor and Youth Program Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for leading mountain bike instruction and youth programs, ensuring a safe and fun environment for all participants.

Responsibilities
  • Lead mountain bike instruction and youth programs, developing and implementing curriculum to meet the needs of participants.
  • Collaborate with the Camp Director and/or Lead Counselor to manage all facets of the program, including preparatory and concluding activities, participant check-in and sign-out, and skill instruction.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with participants, their families, and other stakeholders to ensure a positive and inclusive experience.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of program policies and procedures to ensure a safe and effective learning environment.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in mountain bike instruction and youth program management.
Requirements
  • Experience in mountain bike instruction and youth program management, preferably in a outdoor education setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • Ability to develop and implement curriculum, and to adapt to changing program needs.
  • First Aid and CPR certification, or willingness to obtain.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
