Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and Document Student Progress: Regularly evaluate student performance, identify areas of improvement, and provide targeted support to help them meet their academic goals.
  • Collaborate with Colleagues: Work closely with other teachers, staff, and administrators to create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters academic excellence and social growth.
  • Manage Classroom Environment: Establish and maintain a well-organized and respectful classroom atmosphere, promoting a culture of mutual respect, empathy, and open communication.
  • Communicate with Parents and Guardians: Keep parents informed about their child's progress, address concerns, and work together to ensure students receive the support they need to succeed.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree or higher in Mathematics Education or a related field, along with valid teacher certification and relevant experience.
  • Skills and Abilities: Proven ability to work with students from diverse backgrounds, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for teaching and learning.
