Job Title: Mammography Technologist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Mammography Technologist to join our team at Cynet Health. As a key member of our imaging department, you will be responsible for performing high-quality mammography procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct mammography procedures, adjusting techniques for optimal image quality while minimizing radiation exposure.
  • Maintain equipment, ensuring it is clean, disinfected, and functioning properly.
  • Review and release radiographic images for clinical acceptability.
  • Verify patient identity and order accuracy before procedures.
  • Ensure patient comfort and privacy, explaining exam procedures to minimize anxiety.
  • Participate in training and orientation of new employees.
  • Meet productivity standards, producing high-quality images with a first-time acceptance rate of 95%.
  • Familiar with Mammography Tracking System and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Perform routine department maintenance tasks, maintaining an orderly work environment.
  • Transport and position patients for procedures safely and efficiently.
  • Prepare and maintain patient follow-up data.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience as a Radiologic Technologist and minimum 1 year experience in Mammography (preferred).
  • ARRT Radiography and ARRT Mammography certifications.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) through American Heart Association (AHA).
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to function independently, and detail-oriented with multitasking skills.

  • Required attire: Scrubs in Caribbean Blue or Hot Pink.
