Key Responsibilities- Conduct Sales Training: Design and deliver comprehensive sales training programs to new and existing sales consultants, focusing on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
- Coach and Develop Sales Teams: Provide one-on-one coaching and feedback to sales consultants to help them improve their sales performance and achieve their goals.
- Analyze Sales Performance: Regularly review sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase sales volume and efficiency.
- Develop and Implement Training Programs: Create and implement new training programs and materials to support the sales team's ongoing development and growth.
- Collaborate with Sales Leaders: Work closely with sales managers and leaders to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives, and to provide support and guidance as needed.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish: Required.
- Sales Training Background: Required.
- Timeshare Experience: Required.
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Essential for success in this role.
- Ability to Travel: May be required for training and business development purposes.
