The Nurse Practitioner will work Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with no on-call responsibilities. The average patient load is approximately 16 patients per day, primarily consisting of middle-aged and older adults.
Qualifications:
Applicants must possess an active New Hampshire (NH) license and DEA certification. While vaccination for COVID or flu is preferred, it is not a strict requirement.
Support Staff:
The Nurse Practitioner will be supported by Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Medical Assistants (MAs), along with two to three other healthcare providers who will see patients on alternate days.
Technology:
The electronic medical record (EMR) system utilized is Centricity. Credentialing is anticipated to take around two weeks, facilitated by a new provider enrollment service.
