Location: Various Elementary Schools

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 3:00 PM - 6:30 PM

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Hourly Rate: Starting at $20.50+

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a passionate team of Guides who provide engaging experiences for our student Explorers in various activities such as fitness, arts, and technology.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and the Leadership Team to manage all facets of the program site.
  • Train Guides to lead exciting activities that spark children's imagination.
  • Foster creativity and intellectual growth by establishing clubs that cater to students' interests and skills.
  • Create a nurturing, family-like atmosphere that promotes positive relationships among staff, children, parents, and schools.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree or CDA in education is required.
  • Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate program staffing needs.
  • Successful completion of a background check as mandated by state childcare licensing regulations.
  • Proof of relevant experience as stipulated by state childcare licensing standards.
