Position Overview

Role Summary

SeamonWhiteside is seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to take on the role of Civil Engineering Team Leader in our expanding office.

The ideal candidate will exhibit exceptional expertise in civil engineering design, project oversight, and leadership capabilities. This individual will be responsible for managing SW+ personnel and fostering client relationships, ensuring a high standard of service and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the overall performance and success of the Civil Engineering Team, particularly in the Single Family/Residential Sector.
  • Ensure team morale, development, and profitability while promoting a collaborative work environment.
  • Mentor Civil Project Managers and guide them in enhancing their project management and client interaction skills.
  • Engage in business development initiatives to strengthen SW+'s presence in the industry.
