Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager, Fleet Safety to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our fleet.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to minimize risk and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements and optimize fleet operations.
  • Provide training and coaching to fleet personnel on safety procedures and best practices.
  • Investigate and report on safety incidents and near misses, and develop corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety Management, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, or related field.
  • 2 years' experience in the field of Environmental, Health and Safety within Supply Chain, Retail, Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1 or more degreed certifications (Associate Safety Professional, Certified Safety Professional, etc.).
  • Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and OneDrive experience.
