The Cook Professional at Bloomingdale's is crucial to enhancing the customer experience. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with management to leverage current culinary trends and introduce innovative, brand-aligned initiatives.
- Assist in crafting menus for special occasions in partnership with the management team.
- Ensure effective communication with colleagues by working closely with the Restaurant Manager.
- Inspire and lead the team to consistently surpass customer expectations.

- 1-2 years of relevant experience in a culinary role.
- Ability to comprehend and interpret safety guidelines, operational instructions, and procedural documents.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
- May require bending, crouching, kneeling, and reaching.
- Work may be performed in a warm kitchen environment.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 25 pounds frequently.
