Facility Staffing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Facility Staffing Specialist to join our team at Comfort Keepers. As a key member of our Independent Living Community, you will be responsible for staffing shifts and ensuring high-quality care for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Staff shifts within the Independent Living Community as needed.
- Act as a liaison between residents and caregivers.
- Perform administrative work relating to resident care coordination.
- Oversee multiple aspects of resident care and collaborate with other caregivers and staff.
- Communicate effectively with residents and their families to address their care needs.
Requirements:
- HCA or CNA certification in the state of Washington.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous administrative experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
