  • Communication and Collaboration (25%):

    Requirements
    • An earned doctoral degree in Educational Leadership/Administration from an accredited institution.
    • Evidence of eligibility for rank at Associate/Full professor.
    • Previous administrative experience in higher education, with a proven track record of success.
    • Professional skills in communication, organization, problem-solving, and proven leadership abilities.
    • A minimum of five years of experience in higher education, with a successful track record in significant academic leadership roles.
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Earned doctorate in Educational Leadership/Administration or a similar field from an accredited institution.
    • Familiarity with accreditation, certification, and licensure in education.
    • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, with a demonstrated ability to foster a culture of inclusivity and respect.
