Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership support to the management team and ensure the effective operation of the kitchen.

  • Assist with scheduling, organizing, and training staff to meet the needs of the kitchen.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Work closely with the Executive Chef to develop and implement menu plans and specials.

  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Requirements:
  • Two years' supervising experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to lift minimally 50 pounds and work on feet for long periods.
  • Food Safety Certification.
