Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Engineer with expertise in Cisco Meraki and Routers to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for deploying, configuring, and maintaining network devices, as well as troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deploy and configure network devices, including routers and switches
  • Update network diagrams for documentation of the existing network setup
  • Conduct proactive analysis to identify areas of improvement
  • Provide SME-level troubleshooting and issue resolution support
  • Standardize configuration of network devices
  • Coordinate with OEM/3rd party for connectivity and infrastructure issues as needed
  • Plan, schedule, and implement network device software/hardware upgrades and migrations
  • Manage cloud network traffic, gateways, subnets, and public IPs
  • Implement and maintain a secure and high-performance wireless network using advanced Cisco wireless technologies
  • Maintain a zero-down ISE infrastructure with expert troubleshooting skills
  • Implement advanced log analysis and correlation using tools like Splunk
  • Manage and troubleshoot the Infoblox DDI environment
  • Configure and manage load balancers
  • Manage incident, service catalog, problem, and change management for network services
  • Understand and certify in authentication protocols, TACACS+, Radius
  • Good understanding of change and problem management processes
  • Willing to work in rotational night shifts
Requirements
  • Min 4+ yrs experience in operations working on Cisco products
  • Excellent knowledge in Routing protocols with excellent experience in issue troubleshooting, excellent communication skills
