At Creative Financial Staffing, we're seeking a skilled Payment Solutions Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our financial services team, you'll play a critical role in managing accounts receivable and collections processes for our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage accounts receivable and collections processes for customer accounts
  • Analyze and review delinquent accounts to develop effective strategies for debt recovery
  • Contact customers to negotiate payment plans and resolve outstanding balances
  • Maintain accurate records of collection efforts and communicate findings to management
  • Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to improve the collections process and minimize risk
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in Accounting, Accounts Receivable or Collections
  • Previous Excel usage is a plus
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
