  • Recruit, train, and develop restaurant team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.

  • Collaborate with the Dunkin' Brands Field Operations team to drive business growth and improve operational performance.
Requirements
  • Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality.
  • Basic computer skills and fluency in spoken and written English.
  • Basic math and financial management skills.
  • College degree preferred.
