Key Responsibilities:

  • Address complex billing discrepancies and issues
  • Manage revenue recognition processes, ensuring adherence to accounting principles
  • Reconcile financial accounts and transactions utilizing Salesforce and NetSuite
  • Work collaboratively with Sales, Customer Support, and Finance departments

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline
  • Demonstrated experience in a Senior Billing or Revenue Specialist role
  • Proficient in NetSuite, Salesforce, and Excel
  • Strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving aptitude

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications in NetSuite and Salesforce
  • Experience with process enhancement initiatives
  • Familiarity with additional accounting software
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to interpret accounting standards
