Job Summary

We are seeking compassionate and experienced Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) with specialized skills in Alzheimer's and dementia care, including Parkinson's, to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with all activities of daily living (dressing, shopping, visiting, medication, etc.) in the clients home.
  • Meet all required visits to the clients home according to policy and state regulations.
  • Provide a positive, supportive environment in which the client(S) receive their care through your interactions with them.
  • Report any changes in the clients condition to the office.
  • Remain engaged with clients throughout the entire visit process including feedback on services provided and completing notes.
  • Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing etc.
  • Providing support with transfers and mobility as needed.
  • Assisting with Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs), such as light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, and transportation.
  • Maintaining accurate and timely documentation.
  • Upholding client confidentiality with the utmost professionalism.
  • Delivering exemplary care that aligns with our high standards.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience working with senior population.
  • Ostomy experience preferred.
  • CNA/HHA/PCA is a PLUS.
  • COVID & TB Vaccination.
  • Physical ability to help with patient transfers (if needed).
