Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with all activities of daily living (dressing, shopping, visiting, medication, etc.) in the clients home.
  • Meet all required visits to the clients home according to policy and state regulations.
  • Provide a positive, supportive environment in which the client(S) receive their care through your interactions with them.
  • Report any changes in the clients condition to the office.
  • Remain engaged with clients throughout the entire visit process including feedback on services provided and completing notes.
  • Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing etc.
  • Providing support with transfers and mobility as needed.
  • Assisting with Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs), such as light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, and transportation.
  • Maintaining accurate and timely documentation.
  • Upholding client confidentiality with the utmost professionalism.
  • Delivering exemplary care that aligns with our high standards.

Qualifications
  • 2+ years experience in home & community care, patient care, and senior care.
  • Proficiency in HIPAA regulations and caregiving practices.
  • Experience in providing home care services.
  • Premium skills in assisted living and Alzheimer's care.
  • Physical Ability to work with individuals (bending, moving, fast-paced environment).
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and hospice care.
  • Relevant skills in cleaning, cooking, and medical documentation.
