We are currently in search of a Client Services Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with the Branch Management team to oversee and coordinate branch activities, including Teller and Financial platform operations. Acting as a trusted financial consultant to both existing and prospective members, you will employ a consultative approach to assess, educate, and meet their financial requirements. Your leadership will guide team members through daily monitoring, coaching, and development, ensuring the team remains a professional and approachable resource for member inquiries while fostering trust through everyday interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Office Manager in overseeing branch operations, ensuring all member needs are met in line with departmental expectations.
  • Develop strategies to support departmental and organizational initiatives, ensuring the delivery of exceptional member service and a needs-based sales culture.
  • Facilitate staff development through regular huddles, kickoffs, and departmental meetings aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Assist members with their financial needs using a consultative, needs-based approach.
  • Provide support with account and loan products and services, answer inquiries, and perform teller duties as necessary, while managing problem resolution within your authority.
  • Refer members to specialized departments as required and assist with various tasks to ensure efficient office operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Lead and manage team members in hiring, training, development, and performance evaluation; recommend promotions, transfers, and salary adjustments.

Qualifications:

Experience:

  • One to three years of relevant experience in retail banking.

Education:

  • Associate's Degree in business or a related field.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • In-depth understanding of branch operations, including all teller functions, consumer lending, and sales and service techniques.
  • Able to manage multiple responsibilities, meet deadlines, handle sensitive information, and resolve problems effectively.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with various levels of the organization.
  • Strong development, performance management, training, and employee counseling skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for developing and implementing innovative strategies in a timely manner.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to change and communicate proactively.
