Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and seasoned executive to guide our traffic management firm through a successful transition post-acquisition.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, a proven history of implementing turnaround strategies, and a solid understanding of the construction sector.


Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Strategy:
Provide strategic direction to propel the company towards sustainable growth and profitability. Formulate and execute strategic initiatives that align with the organization’s objectives.

Ownership Transition:
Lead the transition process following the recent acquisition. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, manage expectations, and ensure a seamless transition for all employees and operations.

Operational Assessment:
Analyze current personnel, operational workflows, and organizational structure to pinpoint areas for improvement and efficiency gains. Make informed decisions regarding staffing and resource allocation.

Financial Oversight:
Supervise financial performance, budgets, and expenditures. Implement cost-effective strategies while upholding quality standards and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Employee Development:
Cultivate a positive workplace culture, encourage professional development, and mentor emerging leaders within the organization. Inspire teams to achieve corporate objectives.

Qualifications:


Proven experience as a CEO or in a senior executive capacity, ideally within the traffic management or construction industry.

Demonstrated success in leading organizational turnarounds, enhancing operational efficiency, and managing large teams.

Strong financial expertise with experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and strategic planning.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of engaging effectively with stakeholders, clients, and diverse teams.

Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent experience is advantageous.
