SUMMARY

The E-Commerce Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in supporting the E-Commerce Manager(s) and Assistant Manager(s) in overseeing the daily functions of the E-Commerce division. This position involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Supervises team members and manages store activities under the guidance of the E-Commerce Manager and Assistant Manager.
  2. Handles the opening and closing of the E-Commerce area, performing all necessary administrative and clerical tasks as directed.
  3. Addresses customer complaints promptly and courteously to maintain high service standards.
  4. Establishes work schedules and oversees production to meet financial and operational goals.
  5. Conducts quality control, including photography, listing, sorting, inventory management, packing, and shipping to maximize online sales potential.
  6. Acts as a backup production team member during absences and assists in training for all departmental positions.
  7. Reports any known or suspected security issues to the management team.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

In the absence of the E-Commerce Manager, this role supervises E-Commerce employees, ensuring adherence to the organization's policies and procedures. Responsibilities include training staff, planning, assigning, and directing work, as well as addressing complaints and reporting circumstances to the E-Commerce Manager or Assistant Manager.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Performs other job-related tasks as assigned by the E-Commerce Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS
