As a Bartender at Cowboys Club, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, crafting innovative cocktails, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Setup, cleanliness, and breakdown of assigned bar area
  • Recipe knowledge, proper ringing of all product, and cash and credit card handling
  • Provide a fun, friendly, and exciting experience for all guests
  • Uphold all of our standards for the proper service of alcohol as set forth by the Legends Hospitality and TABC organization

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year experience in a high-volume bar
  • Current T.A.B.C. certification
  • Ability to lift 30 pounds without aid
  • Ability to stand for an extended period of time without aid
  • Ability to read, write, and speak in English

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Menu planning and development
  • Ability to stand or walk for varying length of time
  • Ability to work an irregular schedule
  • Ability to work extended hours due to business requirements

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand, sit, use of hands to handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds

Environmental Working Conditions:

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
