The estimated salary for this position is between $85,000 and $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Product Development Strategist to lead our IVR applications team. As Product Owner for IVR Applications, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of IVR solutions that support Client Global Customer Service and Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with businesses to gain a thorough understanding of contact center operations and vision, ensuring IVR strategy aligns with overall service vision and strategies.
  • Own the creative process of generating, developing, and curating new ideas to drive IVR strategy forward.
  • Responsible for documenting, reviewing, and approving requirements for each feature, driving the desired user experience within the IVR.
  • Leverage metric and data analysis to identify opportunities, recommend solutions, and ensure delivery of enhancements.
  • Prioritize and resolve issues and defects through collaboration with the delivery team and across the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a product owner or similar role in software development.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong understanding of IVR technology and its applications.
