Job Title: Game Development Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Game Development Project Manager to join our team in this exciting role. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for leading roadmap planning activities, partnering with discipline leads, and managing project plans and schedules.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of game development, software development processes, and project management practices. They will possess strong project management and organizational skills, as well as excellent communication abilities. A good knowledge of light-touch production systems that allow teams to thrive without unnecessary overhead is also essential.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead roadmap planning activities for your initiatives, including feedback collection, requirements gathering, initiative build-out, feature breakdown, estimations, and resourcing.
  • Partner with discipline leads to determine the time and people necessary to see projects through to completion.
  • Provide transparent communications on project status and risks to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with multiple leaders to understand and balance priorities, requirements, and critical timelines.
  • Manage both internal and external resources as they pertain to resource allocation, budget forecasts, and actuals.
Requirements:
  • Experience on AAA games or game platforms from concept to release.
  • Previous experience working in a production role where you've managed cross-functional teams in creating and delivering complex projects.
  • Deep understanding of game or platform development, software development process, and project management practices.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • A good knowledge of light-touch production systems that allow teams to thrive without unnecessary overhead.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $110,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a generous compensation package, we provide a comprehensive benefits program, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan with a competitive match.
