Key Responsibilities- Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure timely and within-budget completion of MEP systems.
- Direct and monitor the activities of MEP subcontractors and suppliers to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
- Administer MEP-related materials, systems, and shop drawings submittals to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Coordinate and administer MEP-related RFI's, field changes, and other field engineering-related items.
- Directly responsible for the installation and testing of MEP systems, including fire suppression, plumbing, energy and fuel-oil systems, compressed-air and vacuum systems, and more.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering, or equivalent trade experience with progression to management levels.
- 10+ years of experience in highly technical commercial/industrial construction management, on projects of 10+ million, ideally with design-build experience.
- Ability to supervise construction employees and subcontractors to accomplish work within budget and schedule constraints.
- Strong project safety record and commitment to safety and quality.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to travel or relocate to job sites.
- Creative and results-oriented with a sense of urgency.
- Ability to walk the job site, climb ladders, and multi-floor scaffolding.
- Ability to lift objects at least 60lbs.

Compensation and Benefits- Salary Range: $135,000 - $165,000 +/- annually, based on qualifications, skills, training, and experience.
- Discretionary Annual Bonus: Subject to company performance and individual contribution.
