Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily field operations to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met
  • Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and trades to maintain project schedules and quality standards
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
  • Conduct regular site inspections and maintain detailed reports
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to address and resolve any issues promptly

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience as a Superintendent supervising or performing heavy mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work
  • Experience with government projects
  • Proven track record of running jobs from cradle to grave
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Mastery of reading construction drawings
  • Proficiency in PlanGrid, Ranken, and Bluebeam highly preferred
