Position Overview:
Client Service Representative


We are seeking a committed Client Service Representative to deliver exceptional support within our Servicing Department. This position is ideal for individuals with a customer service background who are looking to transition into the insurance sector.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate enthusiasm, organizational skills, and strong problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in completing insurance applications alongside agency Account Executives
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to prepare insurance summaries, schedules, and proposals
  • Manage certificates of insurance and documentation of property evidence
  • Support Account Executives in preparing submissions for new business and renewals
  • Document interactions with clients and insurance personnel in our agency management system
  • Assist the Risk Management team in compiling analyses

Qualifications:

Preferred:

  • College Degree or relevant professional experience
  • 1+ years of experience in Property & Casualty Insurance
  • Proficiency in standard computer applications and Microsoft software

Required:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Creative problem-solving capabilities
  • Strong time management skills and attention to detail
  • Possession of a Michigan/Illinois Property & Casualty license or the ability to obtain one within 30 days of hire
