As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial transactions and customer interactions.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Verify and process financial transactions, including reviewing reports for accuracy and completeness
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with maintenance and research tasks, including resolving disputes and making payment decisions
  • Support internal customers by providing information and assistance as needed
  • Perform corrections and updates to end-of-year tax records
  • Assist with the review and preparation of end-of-year deposit tax notices

**Requirements**

  • Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to apply common sense and problem-solving skills to carry out instructions and procedures
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
  • Associate's degree (AA) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or two or more years of related experience and/or training; or the equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
