  • Continuously evolve and enhance the voice platform for future technology, optimization, and operational excellence
  • Interpret business and medical requirements into actionable voice technology deliverables
  • Capable of moving projects forward with minimal supervision or oversight
  • Personally motivated to learn new technologies and understand organizational challenges

Requirements:

  • Prefers a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Medical, Business discipline, or equivalent experience
  • Qualified candidates must possess a combination of business and technical skills, including change advocacy, innovation, quick learning, and results-oriented mindset
  • Influencing others in a matrixed team environment is critical to success
  • Requires 1 or more years of technical experience, strong time management, and task-focused delivery capabilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required, with a basic understanding of technology projects and concepts
  • Ability to understand technology projects and concepts as they relate to high-level business objectives
  • Operational understanding and ability to work in a complex and matrix-oriented team environment
