The Customer Care and Demand Forecasting Team is in search of an Integrated Business Planning Specialist focused on Forecasting: dedicated to refining supply chain processes and fostering business expansion.


We are looking for a proficient Integrated Business Planning Specialist to join our team and enhance our capabilities in IBP and its integration with Demand, AATP, and end-to-end planning.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assume a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and refining IBP processes associated with forecasting, AATP, constrained demand, and scenario planning as part of the transformation and system migration from ECC to S/4 HANA.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate critical data between SAP IBP and S/4HANA.

Comprehend the implications of IBP functionalities on both ECC and S/4 HANA systems.

Possess the ability to develop and sustain forecasting models within IBP.

Examine historical data, market trends, and demand patterns to enhance accuracy.

Work alongside stakeholders to align forecasts with overarching business objectives.

Communicate effectively with key stakeholders and propose solutions to the technical team, demonstrating a clear understanding of the proposed solutions.

Have a solid grasp of IBP master data management (materials, plants, customer, and organizational data) as well as in S/4HANA.

Ensure data consistency and accuracy across systems.

Utilize Machine Learning algorithms to detect anomalies and maintain data integrity.

Identify opportunities for process enhancements within IBP.

Simplify planning processes, taking into account S/4HANA integration.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

3+ years of experience in SAP S/4HANA IBP or alternatively SAP APO.

Strong comprehension of custom development concepts and functionalities.

Robust functional and process expertise in the Supply Chain Management Planning domain.

Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.

PREFERRED SKILLS:
Certification in Integrated Business Processes in SAP S/4HANA.

Familiarity with additional IBP modules (e.g., demand-driven replenishment, inventory planning).
