Job Responsibilities

In your role as a Beer & Wine Steward, you will contribute to creating a welcoming shopping environment while delivering exceptional customer service. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Guiding customers in their selections and providing recommendations
  • Assisting with quarterly inventory and achieving sales targets
  • Maintaining and expanding your knowledge of beer, wine, and coffee
  • Organizing and stocking the Beverage Department
  • Managing deliveries and logging invoices on a daily basis
  • Ensuring cleanliness and upkeep of the sales area, including floors, shelving, and coolers

Candidate Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in beer and wine, with additional experience in ordering and merchandising considered advantageous. Flexibility in availability, including evenings and weekends, is essential.
