We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team at AC Hotel Portland Downtown. As a Barista, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and crafting high-quality beverages that exceed our guests' expectations.

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our menu offerings and ingredients.
• Provide personalized service to each guest, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Contribute to store profitability by meeting sales targets and reducing waste.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience in a customer service role is strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina to lift up to 70 pounds and stand for long periods.
