Job Opportunity

Marquette Bank is seeking a skilled Financial Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of bank customers and identifying opportunities to increase customer profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a telephone calling program to introduce new products and services to assigned customers
  • Build consultative selling relationships with customers through personal contact and promote appropriate products and services
  • Analyze customer needs and promote products and services to increase profitability
  • Identify external opportunities for new customers and promote bank products to other area businesses
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years financial sales or comparable experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including good oral communication, effective listening skills, and quality customer service skills
  • Ability to successfully complete extensive product and sales training
